Handmade to order with Oeko-Tex Standard certified 100% linen or cotton in a variety of beautiful florals and colors inspired by nature, filled with rice and with or without organic lavender buds/ chamomile buds/ peppermint leaves and essential oils for a very light, relaxing scent. Rectangular shape is great for spot treatment on shoulders, back of the neck, head, legs, lower back foot, and more!

Instructions: HEATING PAD Heat in microwave for 30-second intervals until reaching desired temp COOLING PAD Freeze for about 2 hours Spot clean when necessary
